We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Performance Marketing Manager working on the Consumer Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in maximizing the power of various media platforms (with an emphasis on CTV) to drive user engagement, acquisition, and retention. Experience with launching series and films within the entertainment industry is a plus.

Is responsible for creating engaging and relevant content related to the world of entertainment, which can cover a wide range of topics such as film, music, television, celebrities, pop culture, cultural events, among others. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays with flexibility to alter shifts/days off to accommodate projects and departmental objectives, as well as extended hours during hurricanes and continuous coverage.

We are looking for a qualified professional with the skills to acquire content for Canela in Latin America from Mexico and other countries throughout Latin America. Responsible for managing all aspects of the acquisition process throughout the Territory and to assist the VP of Content Acquisitions and VP of Content Strategy by evaluating programming opportunities and making recommendations from a creative and commercial perspective for the Latin American market/Territory.
